Chef Salad with Spicy Southern Ranch Dressing
Chef Salad - Your Choice
• Spring medley greens or other greens variety, your choice
• Baby tomatoes, cut in half
• Purple onion, sliced thin
• Cubed ham
• Boiled eggs, cut in wedges
• Optional—Baby cucumbers, your choice sliced thin, spears, and / or half-moons
• Optional—Additional, garden tomatoes, cut in wedges, or your choice
• Optional—Kalamata olives, or your choice
• Optional—Additional, yellow tomatoes, cut in small wedges
• Optional—Diced or cubed mango
Spicy Ranch Dressing
• 1 cup of mayo
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 Tablespoon of our Spicy Southern Ranch blend (or to taste)
• Squeeze of lemon juice
• Salt to taste
• Mix ingredients together thoroughly and allow to chill overnight (if possible) or at least a few hours (this helps the flavors and spices meld)
Instructions
• Simply mix all salad ingredients together in a bowl
• Add Spicy Southern Ranch as desired
• Add additional Spicy Southern Ranch seasoning blend as a salad topping as desired
Noteworthy
Obviously, you can make any kind of salad you’d like, depending on the type of lettuce and additional ingredients you desire. We used everything listed in the ingredients and as shown in the photo. There’s endless opportunities and varieties to explore! We also added the Ranch dressing lightly and additional dry ranch seasonings on top. The more you apply the more intense the ranch flavor will become!
