Return Policy

You are welcome to return anything that was purchased from TDon’s Cajun Goods, LLC. Both retail price and on sale items can be returned. However, due to the nature of our product being a food item, any food items that are already opened cannot be returned and will not be refunded. If there are unopened and unused items to return, we ask that the return be made within three months and must be kept in the new and original condition in which it was delivered. Returns received more than three months after the purchase date will not be refunded. Items received within three months from the date of purchase and in their new and original condition will be refunded. You will be responsible for shipping costs on any return items. To initiate the return process, please visit our contact page and submit a form with your order number and purchase date. We will respond with the address to return the item to, and begin the refund process. We hope you enjoy everything you purchase from our store, but we realize in rare and extreme cases, you might have bought a few things and you just don’t like it. Well, that would be unfortunate, and naturally we’d disagree with you but we would understand and get you your money back. Thank you for your continued support.
