Spicy Ranch Chicken Club Burger
Burger Ingredients
• Roasted sesame or other, brioche style bun (your choice)
• Smoked applewood bacon or similar (your choice)
• Sliced garden tomato
• Thinly sliced red onion
• Smoked cheddar cheese
• Sliced avocado
• Boneless chicken breast
• Optional romaine or leafy burger lettuce (your choice)
• 1–2 Tablespoons butter
Optional Ingredients
• Your favorite potato chip (your choice), OR
• Seasoned potato wedges or fries
Spicy Ranch Dressing
• 1 cup of mayo
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 Tablespoon of our Spicy Southern Ranch blend (or to taste)
• Squeeze of lemon juice
• Salt to taste
• Mix ingredients together thoroughly and allow to chill overnight (if possible) or at least a few hours (this helps the flavors and spices meld)
Bacon Instructions:
• Simply place your bacon strips of choice on a cast iron skillet or similar stovetop pan and cook until even and desired crispness
Grilled Chicken Instructions:
• Rinse and trim fat from boneless chicken breast to your liking
• Lightly coat chicken breast with extra virgin olive oil and lightly season with sea salt (to taste) and our Original All Purpose Blend
• Cook chicken in a stovetop or cast iron pan with a little avocado oil and butter OR place on pre-heated grill (~350°) and cook until chicken reaches internal temp of 165°
• Add your smoked cheddar to the top of the chicken towards the end of the cook and allow it to melt
Chicken Club Burger Assembly Instructions
• Prepare the Spicy Ranch Dressing first and set to the side or keep chilled
• Cook your bacon and set to the side
• Slice your avocado to the size and portion you desire and set to the side
• Slice a red onion thin and set to the side; Optional: caramelize or grill the onions to your liking
• Melt 1-2 tablespoons of butter in a cast iron pan and toast the bun in the hot butter
• Cook the chicken with melted cheese on top and start assembly
• Assemble the burger (in desired order): bottom bun, chicken with melted cheese, bacon, avocado, onion, tomato, lettuce, ranch dressing, top bun. Serve with fries or chips!
