Spicy Southern Ranch Compound Butter

• 2 sticks of butter, softened (your preference on salted or unsalted)
• 1 Tablespoon of our Spicy Southern Ranch blend (or more to taste)
• 2 Tablespoons garlic, minced
• 2 Tablespoons additional herbs: parsley, rosemary, thyme (if desired; optional)
• Splash of fresh squeezed lemon juice
• Sea salt, to taste

Instructions

• Add ingredients to a medium size bowl and mix well
• Place butter mixture on a sheet of plastic wrap and roll and twist both ends to seal
• Place sealed butter in the refrigerator until chilled or firm
• Remove and slice or serve over sizzling hot steak, potato, or veggies as desired

Pro Tips:

Use this compound butter with any protein, sautéed vegetables, buttered noodles, on bread with parmesan cheese, or for a twist, on garlic bread or on a baked potato. You can’t go wrong and the sky is the limit! Use organic incredients whenever possible.
